Gil A. Lechuga - Co-Owner/CEO For over twenty-five years Gil has developed his general construction knowledge in supervision, project management and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals in the commercial industry of Southern California. Today, Gil is the Chief Executive Officer of the entity LCW, which includes overseeing operations and business level strategies for the success of a growing business. Gil is a graduate of Biola University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business "Organizational Leadership".

Dan Cole - Co-Owner
Dan has been operating business in the commercial industry since 1977. Over the years he has developed strong relationships with major clients and suppliers, which supports the quality service in the general contracting arena. Dan continues to grow and expand the sister company Cole/ Wilson, which is a major resource for LCW Contractors. Construction services have included the entire state of California and periodic work in Nevada.

Paul Wilson - Co-Owner/Operations Paul brings to the organization the field experience, integrating his twenty years of commercial construction knowledge into the organization. Paul understands the individual's skills and implements strategic planning to encourage team building ethics. Paul also estimates, Cost control and financial projections.
