Gil A. Lechuga - Owner/CEO
For over thirty years Gil has developed his general
construction knowledge in supervision, project management and executive
leadership to achieve organizational goals in the commercial industry in California and the
Texas Regions. Today, Gil is the Chief Executive Officer of the entity
LCW, which includes overseeing operations and business level strategies
for the success of a growing business. Gil is a graduate of Biola University, holding a Bachelor of
Science degree in business.
Also, his
leadership at LCW has performed
construction services for major Commercial institutions such as JC
Penney, USC Medical, HSBC Bank, Styles For Less, PLN (Charter Schools), Simon
Properties, Union Bank, Styles For Less, Beach Cities Medical, Glendale
Memorial, Simon Group, Screen Actors Guild, First Federal, CB Richard
Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Golden State Water District, AARP, Sur La
Table, Venetian Resorts LV and Callison Architects.
Furthermore, over the years he has experienced
the challenge of maintaining and completing construction projects. Believing
that business level strategies are a mandatory process for efficient and
quality service. By implementing strategies such as management
principles; which are planning & decision making, organizing, leading
and controlling. These combined components are essential for achieving
customer goals.
His world view for LCW is to provide excellent
construction services by maintaining integrity through moral and ethical
values, which produces a high standard of service that meets the needs of
our valued customers.
