LCW Contractors is designed to perform, facilitate and manage general construction services for our valued customers in the commercial industry, which are the retail, financial, medical and new technological businesses. For over thirty years the owners of LCW have proven to succeed in providing excellent services that are not easily matched by their competitors. They have produced product and services that meet construction industry standards of this post-modern arena.
The Leadership at LCW is responsible for executing strategies to fulfill the vision of the organizations Mission Statement. Implementing management principles is reinforced in the daily operations and internally amongst their employees. The infrastructure of LCW is a (U-Form Design) which is a function of departmentalization.

BUILDING INFORMATION - LCW shall conform to all codes, ordinances, etc, which have jurisdiction over the work. LCW shall retain responsibility for compliance with the latest revisions of all other applicable codes and ordinances-including the following:
